My name is Claudia Jacobson and I am one of two speech therapists at Cool Spring Elementary School. I am at Cool Spring on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays after 10:30.  The rest of my days are spent at Lincoln Elementary School.

My background is both in education and in speech therapy. I have a Master's in Education from the University of Chicago and a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland. I worked as a teacher in both the special education and the mainstream educational setting for eight years before returning to school to become a speech therapist.

Before joining the "Loudoun Team"  I worked in the Montgomery County Public Schools, then took some years off to start and raise a family. I am excited to be at Cool Spring and look forward to another wonderful year.  If you need to reach me, my e-mail address is claudia.jacobson@lcps.org.
