Ms. Ansell Katie Ansell

graduated from Radford University in VA with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education.  Being a graduate of LCPS, I am honored to be returning as a teacher for both LCPS and the BeST school.  A few of my hobbies that I enjoy in my spare time are playing and watching sports, traveling, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends.  As this school year begins, I am looking forward to another amazing year at Belmont Station.

Mrs. Cantner Mandana Cantner

I grew up in Maryland and received my Bachelor's from the University of Maryland. I moved to Virginia in 1996.  I taught in private schools for 11 years.  I have experience teaching fourth, second, and kindergarten.  I completed my Master’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2008 from Old Dominion University.  I live in Ashburn with my husband.  I have three grown children and a new grandson.  This is my sixth year at Belmont Station, and I’m very happy to be part of this wonderful second grade team.

Mrs. DeVido Heather DeVido

I am grateful to be teaching second grade at Belmont Station.  After graduating from Virginia Tech, I taught for several years in Fairfax and Loudoun  County.  I had the privilege of opening Sanders Corner Elementary.  My career took a detour while I stayed home to raise my children.  During that time I began various reading programs involving local children.  Today I'm a long time resident of Belmont Greene.  I am married to my highschool sweetheart from Oakton High and together we have four fabulous children: Hannah, Abby, Mary Kate and Cole.  In my not so spare time, I love to catch up with friends, read, exercise, bike with my family, and cook.  I'm thrilled to nurture my passion of teaching children.

Keith Long

This is my 9th year teaching 2nd grade in Loudoun County, and I am very excited to start my third year here at Belmont Station.  I graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Minor in Reading.  I also have my Master's Degree in Special Education.  I believe that each student is a unique individual with specific strengths and talents.  It is my goal as a teacher to identify and foster those strengths while at the same time encouraging a love for learning.  In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, creating art and traveling to new places.

Ms. McBride

Caitrin McBride

I am excited to be part of the 2nd grade team here at Belmont Station. Before moving to Ashburn, I lived in a small town in northern Pennsylvania called Wellsboro. While growing up, I enjoyed hiking, playing sports, skiing, and taking care of my animals. One of my favorite things to do in my free time is travel. I have traveled as far south as Venezuela. I have a wonderful family who has always been very supportive. I graduated from Mansfield University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education/Special Education.  After graduation I taught 5th grade in Pennsylvania. I am looking forward to another great year here at Belmont Station!
