Transcript Release Form - FOR CURRENT SENIORS:

Use this form to have your transcript sent to colleges, universities, and scholarship programs.  Students are charged $3.00 per request.

 

Transcript Release Form - For alumni who last attended BWHS within the past four years:

If you are a BWHS graduate, complete this form and send it to the guidance department with a payment of $3.00 per request.  Checks should be made payable to "Briar Woods High School."  Send form and payment to the BWHS Guidance Department, 22525 Belmont Ridge Road, Ashburn, VA  20148.
